Dividends
The Company has never declared or paid any cash dividends on the Common stock and does not presently intend to pay such dividends in the foreseeable future. The Company intends to retain future earnings for reinvestment in its business. The Company's credit facility with BFI Business Finance limits the Company's ability to pay cash dividends on the Common Stock.
